Payment Plans

The Upper Room believes in the value of Chiropractic, Neurological, Brain Based, Metabolic Care for you and your family and have maintained a financing structure that allows care for all budgets. Though this intensity of care can be more costly, flexible payment programs can be arranged.  We do NOT take a cookie-cutter approach here and we do NOT accept everyone for care!

Sue and Michelle handle finances and they will gladly discuss payment arrangements. Understand, most care is handled in what we call "Plans" and is based on a number of visits the doctor recommends for your particular case.  Your initial Consultation/Examination fee must be paid at the time of service ($195) and it is a time to discuss your concerns with the doctor and for him to make initial assessments as to whether our office is a 'good fit' for you.  You will be given recommendations on further testing and care following this initial visit.  All costs will be explained in full so you can make an educated decision as to what is best for you.

Insurance 

We will check on any coverage you may have, please bring your card to your first visit.  Brain-Based Therapy, Metabolic Care, and Applied Kinesiology are sometimes considered not 'medically necessary'  and therefore not billable to insurance, but we will check on your plan.  Your Health Savings accounts MAY be used and our staff will verify and explain how this works as well as a payment plan for care before a treatment plan is agreed upon.  Please understand that we do NOT accept insurance.  We MAY submit your insurance for you with all appropriate codes for you to receive compensation, but payment for our services is your responsibility.

Where to Start

The first steps are laid out on another page in this site and includes:

1) Paperwork completed, READ Dr. Conners book (available as a free download on the Home page), watch the Videos on this site  

2) Class attendance if possible - see class list on the Home page

3)  A Consultation - about 30-60 minutes with Dr. Conners (there is usually a $195 fee for this)  

4)  Report of Findings to see if your case is accepted and decide on a plan.  Again, we DO take payments for our care, but you cannot rely on insurance for much help.  We do NOT accept any insurance but we will submit it for you.  We do NOT take medical assistance.
